Burrata Pasta
Prepare to be enchanted by the velvety decadence of Campbell’s Burrata Pasta, made with Campbell’s Real Stock Vegetable Salt Reduced.

250ml Campbell’s Real Stock Vegetable Salt Reduced
1-2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 whole cloves garlic
200g punnet cherry tomatoes
400g can peeled tomatoes
500g pasta
200g Burrata
Optional: Fresh basil and chilli flakes to serve
STEP 1 Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 min or until the tomatoes are starting to blister.
STEP 2 Add canned tomatoes and Campbell’s Real Stock Vegetable Salt Reduced. Stir well and bring to the boil, simmer until sauce has started to thicken. In the meantime, cook pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente.
STEP 3 Remove the sauce from heat, set aside for 5 min then place into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth. Pour sauce over drained pasta. Top with Burrata and garnish with basil and chilli flakes.
