Beef Stroganoff

1 tbs oil

500g beef strips

1 medium onion, finely chopped

200g button mushrooms, sliced

1 tsp paprika

1 x 420g can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup

1 tbs tomato paste

1/3 cup sour cream

Pasta & fresh parsley to serve

STEP 1 Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Add beef strips & cook until browned. Remove & set aside. Add onion, mushrooms & cook for 5 mins or until softened. Add paprika & cook for 1 min.

STEP 2 Return beef to pan. Add Campbells Soup & tomato paste, stir. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium-low & simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 30 mins or until meat is tender.

STEP 3 Stir in sour cream just before serving. Serve with cooked pasta & fresh parsley.
