500ml Campbell’s Real Stock Beef
2 tbsp olive oil
700g gravy beef, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup plain flour
1 large onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
STEP 1 Toss beef in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper; shake off excess. Heat oil in a large saucepan with lid. Cook beef over high heat until browned all over. Transfer back to bowl with flour.
STEP 2 Add onion and garlic to saucepan and cook for 1-2 mins. Return beef and remaining flour to pan.
In a large jug combine Campbell’s Real Stock Beef, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, stir to combine. Pour mixture over beef and cover. Cook on low heat for 2 hours or until tender.
STEP 3 Remove beef and shred, then return to sauce.
Meanwhile, cook pasta following instructions.
Serve with parmesan and steamed vegetables.
