Where does the protein come from?

The protein comes from bones which are gently simmered for hours to deliver a rich, full flavoured & nutrient-dense product.

What is the difference between Stock and Bone Broth?

Campbell’s Bone Broth is higher in protein (containing at least 10g/250ml serve) and lower in sodium than Real Stock. We gently simmer quality ingredients for hours, and then carefully blend in complementary spices and herbs to produce a delicious product that is perfect for both drinking and cooking.

Do I cook with, or sip, Bone Broth?

Bone Broth is a great versatile product that can be used for either cooking, or sipping.

What does Campbell’s Bone Broth taste like?

Chicken : Campbell’s Chicken Bone Broth is a rich chicken broth complemented with subtle ginger and turmeric notes.

Beef : Campbell’s Beef Bone Broth is a smooth, medium bodied broth with a balance of beef and hints of turmeric and ginger to complement.

Do I drink it hot or cold?

Campbell’s Bone Broth can be enjoyed hot or cold, however we recommend heating and seasoning to taste.

What ingredients are in it?

Campbell’s Bone Broth uses quality ingredients that are locally sourced and manufactured in country Victoria.

Campbell’s Free Range Chicken Bone Broth is made with free-range chicken bones, apple cider vinegar, vegetables (including onions, mushrooms, celery, carrots & tomatoes) and herbs & spices (including turmeric & ginger)

Campbell’s Grass Fed Beef Bone Broth is made with grass-fed beef bones, apple cider vinegar, vegetables (including onions, mushrooms, celery, carrots & tomatoes), caramelised sugar and herbs & spices (including turmeric & ginger).

Is the range gluten free?

Chicken : While we do not test for gluten, Campbell’s Chicken Bone Broth is made without any wheat, rye, barley, oats or spelt.

Beef : Campbell’s Beef Bone Broth contains wheat.

Why are there sometimes ‘bits’ inside the cap or floating on the top of the broth?

Just like home-made broth, Campbell’s Bone Broth may contain small amounts of beef fat & gelatinous protein that settles on the surface of the product. These nutrients may be yellow due to the presence of turmeric and its natural rich yellow hue. Upon heating, these deposits /solids will melt and are perfectly safe to consume.

What does ‘low in salt’ mean?

There is less then 120mg of sodium per 100ml of Bone Broth.

What is the fat content?

All Campbell’s Bone Broths and stocks are 99% fat free.

Where can I buy Campbell’s Bone Broth?

Campbell’s Bone Broth is ranged nationally at most Coles and Woolworths stores, as well as some IGA stores.

How long does Bone Broth last once opened?

Once opened, you can refrigerate at less than 5°C for 7 days, or freeze for up to 3months.

Can I freeze this product?

Provided the bottle is not completely full, you may freeze the remaining contents in its original packaging. Alternatively, pour Campbell’s Bone Broth into ice trays and freeze. These frozen bone broth cubes can then be stored in zip-lock bags or containers in the freezer for easy use.

Is the bottle recyclable?

Yes.

Is the pack microwavable?

The bottle is not microwaveable. We recommend pouring the Bone Broth directly into a measuring cup or mug for a delicious warmed beverage.
